Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it back into its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, use our portal to schedule a professional courier collection; for smaller accessories, simply print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
